Caring for your jewellery

SALT + FIG pieces are hand crafted with solid materials such as sterling silver and solid gold to ensure your pieces are in your collection for years to come. 

To ensure their longevity, wear your jewellery often, and your natural oils will remove tarnishing that may happen over time. 

For a deeper clean, use a polishing cloth to remove tarnish, or a soft bristle brush and warm soapy water. These can also be used on gemstones.

When caring for your beaded pieces it is best to avoid water and to take them off before bed or doing exercise.

Sizing

SALT + FIG rings are sized using AUS/UK ring sizing. When buying a ring please make sure to select the correct size. A ring-sizer is a good option for finding your size, or you can go to a local jeweller.

Shipping

We currently offer shipping to the UK and Australia. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

Please allow 2-4 working days for your order to be dispatched.

SALT + FIG is based in England, and any international shipments may need to pay extra import taxes or duties. Please note that this is the responsibility of the receiver. Check if your country has any import taxes from England before purchasing. 

Our packaging is plastic free and is able to be either recycled or composted.  

Returns

Returns and exchanges are only offered for items that are faulty or have been damaged in transit.

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please get in touch with us to arrange a refund.

If the piece you receive is broken or faulty, please email us at contact@saltandfig.net within 3 working days of receiving your item. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Please package your return carefully in its original packaging material and via tracked postage.
