Production

All pieces are handmade by Gemma in Bristol. Made to order pieces will take 3-5 weeks to be produced and dispatched. Please note that this does not include shipping times to your country. Ready to ship pieces will be dispatched within two business days once your order has been placed.

As all pieces are individually made variations in texture, shape and stone colour may occur.

Returns

Refunds will only be permitted where an item is faulty or has been damaged or lost in transit. Requests for refund must be made within 3 working days of receiving your item.

Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging and via tracked postage.

Shipping

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your item has been dispatched. We are not responsible for any items stolen, lost or damaged in transit.

If you provide incorrect information please contact us immediately and we will try to assist you as best we can, but please note that if your item has already been shipped we are unable to change the shipping address and return shipping costs that may result are the responsibility of the customer.
